Juicy J Blue Dream & Lean Mixtape
Earlier this year, Juicy J, one half of the legendary Memphis fight-rap team Three 6 Mafia, teamed up with producer Lex Luger to release the hard-as-fuck Rubba Band Business 2 mixtape, an effort that deserves a spot on a few year-end lists. Since then, he’s joined Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang crew, and now he’s released his first mixtape as a Taylor Gang member. Wiz shows up on the new Blue Lean & Dream, as do a few other of-the-moment young rappers, like ASAP Rocky, Spaceghostpurrp, and, um, Kreayshawn. Juicy’s older brother Project Pat also gets a few scene-stealing guest verses, and the whole hour-plus affair positively bursts with Juicy’s gloriously ignorant charisma. Tyler, Hodgy, Pusha-T - Oooh
Clipse have a fashion line called Play Cloths, which recently put out a holiday collection. Naturally, there's a mixtape to go along with it. The track "Oooh" features Pusha-T's friends from Odd Future, Hodgy Beats and Tyler, the Creator, rapping along with Pusha and Liva Don. Listen to that cut above, and download the whole mixtape over on Pusha-T's website.

Mr. Gnome - Watch the City Sail Away
Cleveland-based duo Mr. Gnome recently released their latest album, Madness in Miniature, and have embarked on a tour of the south in support of the release. Singer-guitarist Nicole Barille explains that their dreamy pop track "Watch the City Sail Away" almost didn't appear on the album. "This song was a last-minute addition to Madness in Miniature. It was written and recorded in one day at our house," she explains to Rolling Stone. "One intoxicated night Sam started playing the chords of the song on a toy piano, and in a haze I quickly made up the verse and chorus and we recorded it on my cell phone."

Although the track was a late add, Barille explains that lyrically the song befits a Mr. Gnome release. "The song and lyrics are representative of a mind on the brink of falling apart and yet seeing the beauty in the chaos. As with a lot of my lyrics, I tend to write about situations that are moments away from impending disaster," she says.

Mr. Gnome's Madness in Miniature is available now, and you can download "Watch the City Sail Away" for free here. (Via Rolling Stone)

Vado - Slime Flu 2 (mixtape)
New mixtape from Vado, the sequel to "Slime Flu" Follow on twitter:
www.twitter.com/Vado_MH
Slime Flu 2 sounds very much like something that could’ve been heard banging out of New York’s range rovers in, say, 1998. It’s a Tunnel-banger record — not an album of flight-music revivalism like Waka Flocka Flame’s Flockaveli, but the work of someone who internalized that style because he grew up immersed in it. As such, it’s not a classic or anything, but it is a completely entertaining throwback to a truly fun era in rap. Cam’ron did us a favor by discovering this guy.
