YOUAREHERE - As When The Fall Leaves Trees (album stream)

On December 15, 2011, 51beats label releaseed in free download "As When The Fall Leaves Trees", the debut album of Rome and London-based YOUAREHERE.

Inspired by the likes of Apparat, M83 and Sigur Rós, this new electronic/post-rock project is composed of three artists issued from the Italian instrumental scene: French Teen Idol (Andrea Di Carlo), edPorth (Patrizio Piastra) and micro (Claudio Del Proposto).



This 9-track album offers a fusion of styles reflecting the previous musical releases of its three members: the glitchy and powerful beats of micro, the wrapping, rhythmic patterns of edPorth, and the melancholy crescendos of French Teen Idol.

A limited CD edition, featuring the 9 original tracks as well as 2 remixes, will be released in 2012 by 51beats.

As When The Fall Leaves Trees is a concept album dedicated to the theme of change, metaphorically linked to the autumn, a season of shifts and reflections, and a starting point for a journey towards an improvement to be found within yourself. Quivering as autumn leaves on a tree branch that will eventually let us fall, the fragile melodies of this album are wings helping us to fly towards something and somewhere unknown, yet wanted.
