(Click to read if you're new here...)

Welcome to Totally Fuzzy, once your guide to the music blogosphere, now fully converted into an indie/rock/pop/metal/anything really - music blog, loaded with official and legal full album streams. Because music is something to listen to, and not something to talk or read about, we have chosen this approach, carving out our own little niche in the music blogosphere.

And we're still running our Class A Music Video site a.k.a. The Fuzzy Tube, with well over 35.000 hand picked High Quality music videos.

Miniature Tigers - Mia Pharaoh (album stream)

Restless Brooklyn indie outfit Miniature Tigers' first two albums found the band flirting with all sorts of different sounds, from brisk guitar jangle to harmony-laden blissfests. They're done playing coy. On the new Mia Pharaoh, due March 6 on Modern Art, the Tigers hop into bed with sexy electronic pop. This is a wise decision. Pharoah's "Sex on the Regular" and "Female Doctor", (check the latter's cleavage-heavy video) are slinky, lascivious jams, as frontman Charlie Brand coos in a lover-man falsetto over springy rhythm tracks and slippery synth ripples. The weather is getting warmer. We could use more of this kind of thing. Thanks to SPIN we can have a first listen.

Miniature Tigers is an Indie rock band with elements of indie pop based in Brooklyn, NY. The band is made up of frontman-guitarist Charlie Brand, Rick Schaier on drums and vocals, Algernon Quashie on guitar, keyboard.

The band is currently signed to Modern Art Records.

Miniature Tigers began their first national tour in October 2008, which included playing a set at the 2008 CMJ Music Marathon. Miniature Tigers toured with Ben Folds in February and played the 2009 Monolith Festival in September.

In December 2006, Rolling Stone listed Miniature Tigers as "one of the 25 best bands on Myspace." The band has also received favorable attention from Spin magazine, which included Miniature Tigers in its list of "The 9 Hottest New Bands Playing CMJ 2008." Death + Taxes, a music magazine, awarded the band's Black Magic and White Magic EPs 4 stars, calling the band "terribly endearing." The music video for "Cannibal Queen" has been featured on mtvU and MTV2's Subterranean.
