Description : Mayday Parade is an American rock band from Tallahassee, Florida. Their debut EP Tales Told by Dead Friends was released in 2006, and sold over 50,000 copies without any label support. In July 2007, Mayday Parade released their debut album A Lesson in Romantics. After signing to Fearless in 2006, the band also signed onto a major label with Atlantic in 2009. Their second studio album, Anywhere but Here was released in October 2009 and their third album, entitled Mayday Parade, was released in October 2011. Mayday Parade's fourth album, titled Monsters in the Closet, was released in October 2013. Their fifth album, titled Black Lines, was released October 2015. Secret Band (often stylized as SECRETBAND) is an American post-hardcore band from Sacramento, California, founded by American musician Will Swan in 2011. The band currently consists of Dance Gavin Dance guitarist Will Swan, drummer Matthew Mingus, and unclean vocalist Jon Mess, as well as former Dance Gavin Dance bass guitarist Jordan McCoy and former The Antioch Synopsis guitarist Martin Bianchini.

The band has been considered a side project by its members. The group was formerly signed to Swan's independent record label Blue Swan Records until signing to Rise Records in 2019. Their eponymously-titled debut extended play was released in 2011, with their debut studio album, also eponymously-titled, becoming released in 2014; each were properly released on June 3, 2014 and July 31, 2014, respectively. Their second studio album was released on April 19, 2019.

Description : Get Scared is an American post-hardcore band from Layton, Utah. Formed in 2008, they released their first EP, Cheap Tricks and Theatrics, in 2009. Another EP, Get Scared, was released in 2010. The band's debut studio album, Best Kind of Mess, was released on July 12, 2011. Nicholas Matthews left the band to join Blacklisted Me, and the band released Cheap Tricks and Theatrics B-Sides on December 19, 2011, without any previous announcements. Matthews was replaced by Joel Faviere in 2011. The band's third EP, Built for Blame, Laced With Shame, was released in 2012 with Faviere. Faviere was kicked out a few months after the EP's release when Matthews rejoined the band. Following Matthews' comeback, the band signed with Fearless Records and released their second full-length album, Everyone's Out To Get Me, on November 11, 2013. The band's third studio album, Demons, was released on October 30, 2015, and marked a departure from the band's post-hardcore sound featured on Built for Blame and Everyone's Out to Get Me in favor of a more metalcore-like sound.

The band entered the studio in November 2017 with producer Kris Crummett to record their fourth studio album. The album had a tentative release date of 2018, but it did not come to pass. On January 9, 2019, guitarist Johnny Braddock announced the band was on a hiatus as vocalist Nicholas Matthews recovers from a heroin addiction.[2] Several days later, Matthews announced he had left the band.

On April 10, 2019, Johnny Braddock announced The Dead Days would be released on April 19, 2019.

Brantley Keith Gilbert (born January 20, 1985) is an American country music singer, songwriter and record producer from Jefferson, Georgia. He was originally signed to Colt Ford's label, Average Joes Entertainment, where he released Modern Day Prodigal Son and Halfway to Heaven. He is now signed to the Valory division of Big Machine Records where he has released three studio albums—a deluxe edition of Halfway to Heaven, Just as I Am, The Devil Don't Sleep, and 11 country chart entries, four of which have gone to number one. He also wrote Jason Aldean's singles "My Kinda Party" and "Dirt Road Anthem".

The Pointer Sisters are an American R&B female vocal group from Oakland, California, who achieved mainstream success during the 1970s and 1980s. Spanning over four decades, their repertoire has included such diverse genres as pop, disco, jazz, electronic music, bebop, blues, soul, funk, dance, country and rock. The Pointer Sisters have won three Grammy Awards and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1994. The group had 13 US top 20 hits between 1973 and 1985.

Their version of "Fire", a song written by Bruce Springsteen that he had not released himself in 1977, had its highest profile as a 1978 single release by the Pointer Sisters.

Wikipedia about Springsteen's 'Fire': 'Despite his disinterest in releasing his own version of "Fire", Springsteen was reportedly upset when the Pointer Sisters version of the song reached #2 in February 1979: at that point Springsteen's most successful single remained "Born to Run" which had reached #23 in 1975, and the Pointer Sisters were the second act to score a smash hit with a Springsteen cover, Manfred Mann's Earth Band having taken "Blinded by the Light" to #1 in 1977. Its omission from the 1978 Darkness on the Edge of Town album notwithstanding, "Fire" was included in the set list of the Darkness Tour and has been a Springsteen concert staple since then.'

The Pointer Sisters 'Fire' was a no. 1 hit in Holland, Belgium, New Zealand, and South Africa. It reached #2 in the US Billboard Top 100 and #3 in the Canadian charts.

T.K.O. (The Knock Out) is the eighth studio album by American recording artist Mýa. It is the follow–up to her Grammy nominated album Smoove Jones (2016) and was released April 20, 2018, on her label Planet 9 to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of her debut album Mýa (1998). Recorded between 2015–2016, T.K.O. is solely produced in its entirely by musician and producer Lamar "MyGuyMars" Edwards with additional production from Los Da Mystro, Lyle LeDuff, Hardwerk and Khirye Tyler. Sonically, T.K.O. is a contemporary R&B album fusing elements of 1970s and 1990s R&B with a more modern, contemporary sound and serves as departure from her previous studio effort Smoove Jones which paid homage to traditional R&B from the 1970s, '80s, and '90s era. Bingo Players is a Dutch dance and electro house musical project fronted by DJ and record producer Maarten Hoogstraten. Bingo Players was originally a duo, which included Paul Bäumer, who died from cancer in 2013. After the death of Bäumer, Hoogstraten announced that Bäumer had said to continue with the Bingo Players. As Lostboycrow, Chris Blair fuses R&B, pop, and electronic music into smoothly soulful songs. After establishing his genre-bending style with streaming hits such as 2016's "Powers," he gave it a more ambitious scope with the Traveler EP trilogy and 2019's full-length Santa Fe.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Blair was into sports as well as music, and joined the high school choir while listening to pop-punk, screamo, and classic rock. Meanwhile, family vacations made him aware of the Crow Indians in Montana, and he became fascinated with their culture. He brought all of these influences together as Lostboycrow in the early 2010s and moved to Los Angeles in 2014. It was there that he met Flor bassist/producer Dylan William, who became one of his closest collaborators. He released his first track, "Adolescent," in December 2014 and followed it with a string of singles including "HiyHiy," "Start Something," and "Say You Want Me."

Lostboycrow's debut EP, Sigh for Me, arrived in 2016 and featured two of his most popular tracks, "Powers" and the Skizzy Mars collaboration "The Lost Boy." That year also saw the release of "Where It All Goes," which was produced by William, as well as "Stay a Little Longer." During this time, Blair amassed a set of songs that he released as a series of three EPs. Traveler: The First Legend arrived in May 2017 and included the streaming hits "Real Name" and the Romeo and Juliet-inspired "Verona." Traveler: The Second Legend followed that October, and Blair completed the trilogy in early 2018 with Traveler: The Third Legend, which featured production by William and his Flor bandmate Zach Grace. At the beginning of the year, Blair and a small group of collaborators decamped to an Airb'n'b in New Mexico to make Lostboycrow's first full-length. The free-flowing sessions and desert landscapes resulted in Santa Fe, which arrived in early 2019 via Red Music/Sony.

The tropical electropop duo Salt Cathedral feature Juliana Ronderos and Nicolas Losada, who grew up in the same neighborhood in Bogotá, Colombia but met while studying jazz composition at Boston's Berklee College of Music. After spending some time in the Los Angeles-based math rock group Il Albanico, the pair settled in Brooklyn and formed Salt Cathedral in 2011, naming themselves for a famous church built in a Colombian salt mine as a nod to their heritage. Initially a quintet, the band released its self-titled debut EP, which featured the streaming hit "Move Along," in 2013. By the time they issued 2014's Oom Velt EP, Salt Cathedral were down to Ronderos and Losada, and their electronic and Latin influences were more pronounced. The duo had a busy 2016, issuing the single "No Ordinary Man" that February, the Homage EP in March and "Unraveling," a collaboration with Matisyahu, in October. Ronderos and Losada incorporated more reggae and dancehall elements into the 2017 singles "Fragments," "Always There When I Need You," and "Run for the Money," which featured Assassin. These songs were included on Salt Cathedral's 2017 debut album, Big Waves/Small Waves, which also included contributions from Lee "Scratch" Perry as well as Assassin and Matisyahu.
