Florida rapper Project Youngin approached his music with unrelenting ambition, coming from the lesser-known Tampa Bay area and struggling to make a mark for his scene. Starting out in the late 2010s with a nonstop string of mixtapes, tracks, videos, and collaborations, he eventually factored in a healthy social media presence as his audience grew. Collaborative tracks with rappers like Ralo, Quando Rondo, Lil Baby, and others added to his growing catalog of distinctively stylized bangers as his audience grew.

Born Rasheed Jamaal Hall in 1994, Project Youngin came up in the St. Petersburg hip-hop scene, beginning to take his music career seriously around 2015. After a few years growing the project, he gained some traction with his 2017 single "Balmains" featuring Lil Baby. Things took off around then for Project Youngin, who released the mixtapes Still Shinin' 4 Boola 2, Patience, Biggest Blessing, and Group Home Living, all within quick succession of each other. By the time of its summer 2018 release, Group Home Living reflected Project Youngin's rising star, with features from other prominent rappers like YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Quando Rondo, YNW Melly, and others. Performances at that year's South by Southwest festival (among other appearances) and a booming social media presence kept Youngin's follower count growing with each new release.

Bad Omens is an American metalcore band from Los Angeles, California formed in 2015 by frontman Noah Sebastian, guitarist Nicholas Ruffilo, and bassist Vincent Riquier. "Jesus, Take the Wheel" is a song written by Brett James, Hillary Lindsey and Gordie Sampson, and recorded by American country music artist Carrie Underwood. It was released in October 2005 as the first single from Underwood's debut album Some Hearts. The ballad tells of a woman seeking help from Jesus in an emergency, ultimately letting Jesus take control of her life.

The country-Christian song became a crossover hit, spending six consecutive weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs, peaking at number four on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart and charting high on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. It also became a top twenty hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

"Jesus, Take the Wheel" won Grammys for Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song, and it won Single of the Year at the 2005 Academy of Country Music Awards. The song ranked number four on CMT's 40 Greatest Songs of the Decade.

Alex Cameron (born circa 1990) is an Australian musician, singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Sydney, he is best known for his solo career, a high-concept act in which Cameron initially adopted the persona of a failed entertainer. He is also a member of the electronica act Seekae. During live performances, Cameron is often joined by saxophonist and "business partner" Roy Molloy.

Cameron independently released his debut album, Jumping the Shark, for free on his website in 2013. After catching the attention of indie rock duo Foxygen at a concert in Paris, Cameron toured extensively with Mac DeMarco, Kevin Morby, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Angel Olsen. In 2016, Secretly Canadian reissued the album to a wider audience and growing cult fanbase.

While promoting the album, Cameron struck up a friendship with The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers and co-wrote five tracks on the band's fifth studio album, Wonderful Wonderful. In 2017, Cameron released his second studio album, Forced Witness, featuring contributions from Molloy, Flowers, Olsen and Jonathan Rado.

On June 18, 2019, Cameron announced his third studio album, Miami Memory. The album will be released on September 13, 2019 via Secretly Canadian.

H.E.A.T is a Swedish hard rock group that was formed in Upplands Väsby in 2007, when the prior bands Dream and Trading Fate merged. Headed by frontman Erik Grönwall, the band's heavy sound is strongly influenced by past melodic rock groups such as Whitesnake, with H.E.A.T having supported musical acts such as Scorpions. Greta Kline (born March 21, 1994), better known by her stage name Frankie Cosmos, is an American musician and singer-songwriter. She is known for her independent releases, inspired by Frank O'Hara's poetry, DIY ethics of K Records and the early 2000s New York City's anti-folk scene. She is the daughter of actor Kevin Kline and former actress Phoebe Cates.

In January 2018, Kline released the lead single "Jesse" from her upcoming album Vessel. The album was released on March 30, 2018 through Sub Pop records.

Minneapolis punk band Off with Their Heads began in 2003, taking their membership from area punk and hardcore institutions like Dillinger Four, Dear Landlord, Banner Pilot, and the Fake Boys, among others. Based around the depraved and hard-living themes of vocalist Ryan Young's songs, the band existed mostly in the form of an endless string of EP and split 7" releases for many years. Also focused on constant touring, Off with Their Heads maintained a revolving lineup so they could stay on the road more often. In 2007 they released All Things Move Toward Their End, a collection of highlights from the group's lengthy vinyl-only catalog. This compilation was followed in 2008 by their first proper full-length, From the Bottom, and the group self-released a video for the album's song "Fuck This, I'm Out." The band followed up in 2010 with In Desolation. By the time their third album, Home, was released in 2013, the band had finally solidified a permanent lineup, with Young on guitar and vocals, Robbie Stewartwood on bass, and Justin Francis on drums.

Alessandro Lindblad (Born 7 July 1991), commonly known by his stage name Alesso, is a Swedish DJ and record producer. Alesso is managed by John Shahidi of Shots Studios.

He has worked with numerous artists, including Tove Lo, Theo Hutchcraft, Ryan Tedder, Hailee Steinfeld, Calvin Harris, Usher, David Guetta and Sebastian Ingrosso. He has performed at numerous music festivals, including Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Creamfields, and Tomorrowland. In 2012, MTV named Alesso one of the "EDM Rookies to Watch", and Madonna, who invited him to open select dates on her MDNA Tour, called Alesso "the next big thing in dance music."

He was ranked 13th on DJ Magazine's 2015 list of the top 100 DJs and number 20th in year 2016 on DJ Magazine among the list of Top 100 DJs in the world.[8] His debut full-length album Forever was released on 22 May 2015 by Def Jam Recordings.

Sacred Reich is an American thrash metal band based in Phoenix, Arizona, that was formed in 1985. Singer/songwriter Phil Rind's interest was in socially conscious and political speed metal. After several albums on Metal Blade Records, they signed to Hollywood Records for a short stint, but later returned to Metal Blade to continue their musical career. The band split in 2000, but reunited in 2006. Sacred Reich has been credited, along with Testament, Destruction, Death Angel and Dark Angel, for leading the second wave of thrash metal movement in the late 1980s.

In January 2018, Sacred Reich signed to Metal Blade Records and began working on their fifth studio album, Awakening, tentatively due for release in the summer of 2019. This will be the band's first full-length studio album since 1996's Heal, and their first since drummer Dave McClain and guitarist Joey Radziwill replaced founding members Greg Hall and Jason Rainey respectively.

Young Guv (or sometimes Young Governor) is the musical alias of Toronto-based musician Ben Cook, known for his work with Canadian hardcore groups No Warning and Fucked Up. Active in the hardcore scenes since the late '90s, the prolific Cook stretched out into a number of indie styles throughout the 2000s, initially launching the Young Governor moniker around 2010 with several collaborative singles and EPs for various small labels, including his own Bad Actors imprint. The Young Governor material was generally more aligned with melodic indie pop and hooky power pop than with punk. A 2012 release under the name Young Guv & the Scuzz further developed both the sound and name, which had changed simply to Young Guv by the time of his 2015 debut LP Ripe 4 Luv.

Most prominently known as the lead vocalist of rock bands Asking Alexandria and We Are Harlot. The band consists of Robinson, guitarist Neal Casal, keyboardist Adam MacDougall, bassist Jeff Hill (who replaced original bassist Mark Dutton in 2016), and drummer Tony Leone (who replaced original drummer George Sluppick in January 2015).
