"All Night Long (All Night)" is a hit single by American singer-songwriter Lionel Richie from 1983. Taken from his second solo album, Can't Slow Down (1983), it combined Richie's soulful Commodores style with Caribbean influences. This new, more dance music, pop-inspired approach proved popular, as the single reached number one on three Billboard charts (pop, R&B and adult contemporary). Richard Marx contributed guest vocals as an unknown until his 1987 debut album appeared.

Jacob Collier is an English singer, arranger, composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in London, England. In 2012, his homemade split-screen video covers of popular songs, such as Stevie Wonder's "Don't You Worry 'bout a Thing", began to go viral on YouTube.

On January 1 2018, Collier began working on Djesse, an ambitious four-volume, 40-song album. It's been described as a "journey through every musical genre under the sun", featuring more than two dozen artists and ensembles. The first quartile, Djesse Vol. 1, was released in December of 2018; and the second, Djesse Vol. 2, was released on July 19th, 2019.

Dijon Isaiah McFarlane (born June 5, 1990), known professionally as Mustard (formerly DJ Mustard), is an American record producer, DJ, rapper, songwriter and record executive from Los Angeles, California. He is a frequent collaborator of fellow California-bred artists YG and Ty Dolla Sign; among various other records for the hip hop and R&B genres since his entrance into mainstream music with Tyga's 2011 single, "Rack City".

Mustard's production style has been described as an up-tempo, club oriented, catchy yet rudimentary melodic hip hop style. This style has developed into the contemporary production style of West Coast hip hop during the early 2010s, which he calls "ratchet music". Almost all of his productions begin or end with the tag "Mustard on the beat, hoe!", a voice sample of YG, who says it at the end of "I'm Good", one of their early collaborations, as well as claps and repetition of the word "hey".

Mustard has since released 3 solo albums: 10 Summers in August 2014, Cold Summer in September 2016, and Perfect Ten in June 2019.

Spiritual Black Dimensions is the fourth studio album by Norwegian black metal band Dimmu Borgir. It was released in 1999 by Nuclear Blast Records. A deluxe edition was released in 2004 with bonus material. There is also a digipak edition of this album which contains no bonus tracks. The digipak has reflective/holographic cover art. This release featured keyboardist Mustis and the clean vocals of ICS Vortex, as well as the departure of long-time drummer Tjodalv, guitarist Astennu, and bassist Nagash.

Musically this was a departure for the group. The music's overall feel is faster and darker with more emphasis on the keyboard lines versus the slower, more riff-heavy approach of previous albums. The band attributes this to Astennu's due influence, as his Carpe Tenebrum project at the time had a very similar musical direction. This album also marked a first in Dimmu's run to feature the clean vocals of ICS Vortex, adding a new dimension to the "Dimmu sound". The band continued to use the contrasting vocals in future albums.

The album cover was part of the top 10 of Greatest Heavy Metal Album Covers by Blender magazine.

The song Grotesquery Conceiled was played live when Dimmu Borgir won the Norwegian Grammy Award called Spellemannprisen in category metal in 1999. The band was supposed to play the song The Insight and the Catharsis with the symphony orchestra Kringkastingsorkestret, but they backed before show because they refused to perform with Dimmu Borgir due to their satanic message. Later that night at the after party a Dimmu Borgir band member got in a fight with a member from the same orchestra. Dimmu Borgir has since been on good terms with the orchestra, having collaborated with them for the band's ninth studio album Abrahadabra and the live album Forces of the Northern Night.

Delivering rapid, garage-infused hip-hop laced with uncompromising, defiant, and scathing lyrics, Fekky is a grime MC from South London, U.K. First appearing on the scene in 2011, he got his start laying down a number of ideas with some friends and put out "Ring Ring Trap" with an accompanying online video. The song was a success, drawing in around 10,000 views in a matter of days. The young artist didn’t waste time and quickly followed up with "Fire in the Booth," which earned him even more fans. Not one to rest on his laurels, the rapper decided to embark on small-scale nationwide tours, gaining more and more exposure throughout the country. Honing in on the fact that grime isn’t necessarily associated with the high-class lifestyle that various aspects of hip-hop are quick to depict, the young MC stated that "grime is tracksuits, it’s not Rolexes." His approach to the scene proved a refreshing one, with many citing and commending the raw honesty in Fekky’s music. More success followed when he was snapped up by Stateside hip-hop heavyweight the Game to open up for him on his 2014 U.K. tour. 2015 saw Fekky march into the brighter limelight of the U.K. urban music scene; he produced a remix of Dizzee Rascal's Boy in Da Corner cut, "Sittin’ Here," which prompted Dizzee to contact Fekky with a verse, proposing a collaboration that wound an extensive reworking of the track titled "Still Sittin’ Here." The same year saw Fekky collaborate with Skepta on the track "Way Too Much," which proved hugely popular. Fekky made waves in the live arena; kicking off 2015 when he appeared alongside Kanye West and a whole host of other grime artists at the 2015 BRIT Awards, to perform West's song "All Day." He went on to perform at the Royal Albert Hall’s 2015 Grime Symphony that summer, and made his debut performances at the 2015 Reading & Leeds Festivals and BBC 1Xtra Live at Leeds’ First Direct Arena. Fekky dropped his first mixtape, Brandy and Coke, in December 2015 and spent the following year working on his debut full-length effort. The album, El Clasico, arrived in June 2017 via Island Records.

Durk D. Banks, aka Lil Durk, is a rapper and singer from the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois' South Side. He started issuing mixtapes through OTF (Only the Family) in August 2011 with I'm a Hitta and quickly followed it with I'm Still a Hitta (April 2012) and Life Ain't No Joke (October 2012), the latter of which came out just after the typically melodic and kicked-back "L's Anthem," his debut single for Def Jam. The same year, he was featured on a string of tracks with fellow Chicago natives and close associates like Lil Reese, Fredo Santana, and Chief Keef. "Dis Ain't What U Want," his second Def Jam single, was released in May 2013, just before his affiliation with French Montana's Coke Boys was made official. His debut album, Remember My Name, followed in 2015 and featured Logic, Jeremih, and King Popo as guests. DeJ Loaf, Yo Gotti, and Young Thug landed on his 2016 LP 2X, which also featured the single "She Just Wanna" (with Ty Dolla $ign). In 2017, Durk teamed up with DeJ Loaf for the single "The One." Several mixtapes arrived during the year, including Love Songs for the Streets, Supa Vultures (with Lil Reese), and Bloodas (with Tee Grizzley). He continued into 2018 with Just Cause Y'all Waited -- which peaked just outside the Top 50 -- and Durkio Krazy, a collaborative tape with 808 Mafia's DY. Third studio album Signed to the Streets 3 appeared in November and reached the Top 20 of the Billboard 200.

According to some gospels, when Jesus Christ referred to Hell, he often used the word Gehenna, which was actually the name of Jerusalem's garbage dump -- where fires were constantly kept burning to cope with the city's refuse. Fast forward roughly 2,000 years and the name was adopted by one of Norway's most influential black metal bands, which formed in the town of Stavanger, in January 1993, in the wake of local forefathers Mayhem's ascendance, and integrated a now heralded generation also including such contemporaries as Emperor, Enslaved, Darkthrone, and Ulver. Initially comprising vocalist/guitarist Sanrabb, guitarist/bassist Dolgar (real name Steffen Simenstad), and drummer Sir Vereda, the initially nameless project that would become Gehenna recorded a pair of demos, Black Seared Heart and Ancestors of the Darkly Sky, in their first year, before earning their Scandinavian black metal stripes in dubious fashion when the drummer joined several other more prominent scene members behind bars. Even so, by the following year, Sanrabb and Dolgar had drafted bassist Svartalv, keyboardist Sarcana, and drummer Dirge Rep (aka Per Husebø), played their first local shows, and recorded a debut mini-album entitled First Spell for Head Not Found Records. Still widely regarded to be their definitive work, First Spell showcased a unique style of black metal, both somber and melodic in nature, and earned the group a new recording contract with Cacophonous Records, which also released subsequent efforts Seen Through the Veils of Darkness (1995) and Malice (1996) to serious acclaim in the underground metal world. But Gehenna almost came to a grinding halt in 1997, when internal tensions led to Svartalv's departure to found thrash band Nocturnal Breed, Dirge Rep's defection to Enslaved, and Sarcana's retirement from the scene. Sanrabb and Dolgar would re-emerge the following year with a new album entitled Adimiron Black for Moonfog Productions, and new members E.N. Death (bass), Blod (drums), and Damien (keyboards), but the latter would soon be dismissed due to Gehenna's distinctly more aggressive sound. In fact, by the release of 2000's Murder, Gehenna had reinvented themselves as a death metal band, leaving many observers puzzled. Come 2005's WW, they'd once again returned to their haunting black metal roots, but time has yet to tell whether their fans returned to it with them.

Influenced by early-'80s synth pop, cold and darkwave, and the mighty bass playing of New Order's Peter Hook, Black Marble formed as an outlet for the musical ideas of Chris Stewart. Teaming with ex-Team Robespierre member Ty Kube, the Brooklyn duo recorded a five-song EP, Weight Against the Door, for the Seattle label Hardly Art in 2012. They followed it up the same year with their debut album, the moody and darkly melodic A Different Arrangement. It proved to be the only album the duo produced together, as after a period of mental and physical transition, Kube left and Stewart moved to the West Coast to start over. The long break ended with the release of It's Immaterial in late 2016. The album was released by Ghostly International and featured Stewart writing and recording the entire thing himself.

Although she was born and raised in suburban New Jersey, Sharon Van Etten's folk music evokes the open landscapes of a more expansive America. A dedicated choir student during her childhood, she studied clarinet, violin, and piano before moving on to guitar. She began writing songs in high school and sang in a choir group, the Madrigals. She credits her choral experiences as indispensable in learning to musically notate, as well as to sing harmonies.

Ocean Sleeper have wasted no time in their relatively short spanning career. Since their humble founding in regional Victoria, they’ve managed to sell out their own headlining shows, tour alongside some of heavy music’s finest, record an album with renowned producer Kris Crumpet (Sleeping With Sirens, Dance Gavin Dance, Issues) and have managed to score festival bills on Unify 2017 + 2019.

Since their inception in 2016 Ocean Sleeper have hastily made their mark on the Australian Heavy Music landscape. Within the first 6 months they had already been selected to play prestigious alternate music festival Unify, thanks to an overwhelming amount of online support. A daunting task for any band, let alone one with only 1 song out.

It wasn’t until the day of Unify 2017 that they dropped their debut EP, hitting a spectacular #11 in the overall Itunes charts and maintained the #1 Metal chart position for 3 weeks afterwards.
From there the band continued to plant SOLD OUT stickers across their shows, selling out their first headliner at Melbourne’s The Workers Club in four weeks and then months later the Northcote Social Club for their Single Launch. It wasn’t long before Ocean Sleeper became hot property on the support artist market, swiftly landing supports for Stray From The Path, Counterparts, Deez Nuts and a national Dream On Dreamer tour to name a few.

Despite spending 2017/2018 playing on the country’s best heavy music stages, the band continued honing their song writing and preparing material for a debut record. Flying to the USA and hunkering down in Portland Oregon with Kris Crummett, the band started pulling together their debut record for release in 2019. With so much under their belt already, Ocean Sleeper are keenly finalizing their debut LP and with sold out shows with Killswitch Engage scheduled for the end of 2018 and Unify in 2019, Ocean Sleeper may be well established, but these sons of Gippsland are going to be giving a whole lot more in 2019.
